Your trust matters to us. This page explains how Face2Face Skin Studio uses information you provide through our website, contact requests and marketing signup.
Information you choose to provide
When you contact us or join our marketing list, we may receive your name, email address, phone number, communication preferences and the information you include in your message. Please avoid sending sensitive health information through a marketing form.
How we use your information
We use information to respond to requests, help with appointments, deliver requested offers and send marketing through the channels you consent to. Email and promotional text permissions are separate. You can book a treatment without joining our marketing lists.
How information is shared
We do not sell your contact details or share them with other companies for their own marketing. We may use service providers to store information, deliver communications, support bookings and operate our website. These providers process information to support our services. SMS opt-in information and consent are not shared with third parties for their own marketing.
We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect the rights and security of our studio and clients.
Bookings and third-party services
Online booking and purchases are handled through GlossGenius. Information you provide on its website is subject to its privacy practices. Marketing signup, once activated, will use Klaviyo to manage subscriptions and communications. Links to other websites take you to services with their own privacy policies.
Website analytics and advertising
Our website includes Google analytics and advertising tools and Meta Pixel. These tools may process device, browser, page visit and interaction information using cookies or similar technologies to measure website use and advertising. Your browser and the providers’ privacy settings offer controls for some of these technologies. The contact-sharing statement above does not mean that the website uses no analytics or advertising tools.
Your choices and requests
Use the unsubscribe link in a marketing email or reply STOP to a promotional text to stop that channel. You can request access to, correction of or deletion of contact information by emailing face2faceskinstudionyc@gmail.com. We may need to keep certain records for operational or legal reasons. We retain information as needed for the purposes described here and use reasonable safeguards; no online system is completely secure.
Mobile information and consent
We will not share your mobile information or opt-in consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All other categories, such as text messaging originator opt-in data and consent, will not be shared with third parties.
Messaging Terms
By separately opting in to promotional texts, you agree to receive recurring automated marketing messages from Face2Face Skin Studio at the number you provide. Message frequency varies. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. You may unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in each email.
Offer details
The welcome offer is 15% off your first visit, excluding laser hair removal, which has its own discounted offer. Redemption instructions will be provided when signup is activated. Submitting contact details does not book an appointment.
